Exchange or refund

Unwashed and unworn items unretouched are exchangeable or redeemable until 30 days after the date of purchase (swimsuits, tights, earrings and piercings are returned or exchanged).

Email * Post items that do not suit you, accompanied by the return form, in the original packaging to the following address:

* All return shipping costs are your responsibility. To return by mail safely, we recommend using the Colissimo (La Poste).

Upon receipt of your return parcel, we check its contents. If returned products are new, unworn and in their original packaging, we will refund you without any further action on your part on the credit card used when placing your order within a maximum of 30 days.
